Why I Opened
Satellite Bottle Shop
I built Satellite Bottle Shop to be more than a place to buy wine. I wanted a neighborhood shop where people could discover something new, meet other wine lovers, and feel comfortable asking questions. A place where every bottle has a story, every producer has a purpose, and everyone feels welcome.
My Background
I've spent more than twenty years in restaurants and wine, helping people discover bottles they'll remember. From some of New England's best dining rooms to opening Forage, Few & Far, Satellites Imports, and now Satellite Bottle Shop, one thing has stayed the same: I love connecting people with wines they never knew they'd love.
What You’ll Find Here
You won't find walls of mass-market brands or wines chosen because they scored 95 points.
Instead, you'll find family-owned wineries, overlooked regions, native grape varieties, and bottles with real stories behind them. I taste everything before it goes on the shelf, and if I wouldn't proudly serve it to friends, you won't find it here.
I’m Here to Help
Whether you’re grabbing a bottle for Tuesday night, planning a dinner party, or hunting for something you’ve never tasted before, I’m happy to help you find the right wine. Just ask.
More Than a Wine Shop
The best part of Satellite has never been the bottles. It’s the people: the regulars at our free Thursday wine tastings, the friendships that start in a monthly wine class, the conversations over a bottle nobody’s heard of yet.
Whether you’re new to natural wine or have a cellar full of it, you’re welcome here. Join the Satellite Wine Club and there’s always something new to open.
